About
With a passion for understanding and enhancing mental well-being, I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology in 2007. Over the past 17 years, I have dedicated myself to both the academic and practical aspects of psychology. As an educator, I've had the privilege of teaching psychology to both undergraduate and graduate students, fostering a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human mind and behavior. My commitment extends beyond the classroom, as I engage in one-on-one therapy and group sessions for children, families, and adults. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families. In addition, I have experience working with adults facing addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. This experience has equipped me with valuable insights into the intricacies of providing support and guidance during challenging times. I am dedicated to promoting mental health, offering a unique blend of academic expertise and hands-on experience. My approach emphasizes empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions to empower individuals and families on their journey to well-being.
