About
I am a seasoned Psychological Associate based in California, currently serving as a Clinical Practitioner since January 2023. In this role, I dedicate 44 hours per week to conducting 15-35 client sessions, leveraging virtual consultations via video across California. Through the integration of electronic health record (EHR) software, I meticulously document and provide services, utilizing my clinical expertise to evaluate and treat clients, crafting tailored treatment plans that prioritize their well-being.
My extensive experience extends beyond clinical practice. As a Psychology Graduate Faculty member and Professor at SNHU since January 2023, I've had the privilege of shaping the next generation of mental health professionals. Teaching graduate courses in psychology and leadership psychology to thousands of learners, I foster an engaging learning environment by developing course materials, leading discussions, and evaluating student performance. Additionally, my commitment to advancing psychological research is reflected in my publications in industry journals and books, contributing significantly to the field's intellectual discourse.
Throughout my career spanning back to 2007, I have also served as a Psychologist and Counselor, offering therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. With a deep understanding of human behavior and emotions, I employ evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth.
My multifaceted roles as a clinician, educator, and researcher underscore my dedication to enhancing mental health services and knowledge, both within clinical settings and academic institutions. By integrating clinical expertise with academic rigor, I strive to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to their communities.
