About
I work with adults, couples, and families. My theoretical framework is cognitive behavioral, and I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for disordered eating behaviors, body image concerns, anxiety disorders, alcohol use problems, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. In addition to being certified in Family Based Therapy (FBT) for eating disorders, I also specialize in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance and commitment informed interventions.
