My name is Tamerah Woodward, I am a competent, hard-working military spouse with an eclectic skill-set and a diverse educational background. In 2009, I started my own successful e-consulting business that was at the forefront of providing a variety of digital resources through online methods designed to enhance individual and commercial proficiencies. Running my consulting practice enabled an in-depth knowledge of clerical, office management, human resources, and bookkeeping skills. My areas of experience encompass comprehensive knowledge within the professional fields of legal consulting, psychology, jurisprudence, healthcare, correctional forensics, and other various areas of management/ leadership consulting. I have over seventeen years of experience conducting analytic research in psychosocial, socioeconomics, and legal research. My educational and workforce training has furnished me with valuable skills that I continue to utilize within my consultant practice across all employment opportunities. I have experience in case management, forensic assessments, and psychoeducation training strategies for various states' Dept. of Corrections and different Dept. of Health and Human Services. Working in these fields has taught me attention to detail, maintain empathetic approaches to those around me, and enjoy teamwork. I am adept at compartmentalizing while under extreme pressure. I have learned to maintain professional composure, pragmatism, receptiveness, and empathy for the needs of any given situation. I was able to sustain balance within my military lifestyle, career, home, and education for over twenty years. My military spouse's lifestyle has strengthened my aptitude for analytic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. My technical experiences include; the use of all Microsoft 365 Business (Speech recognition productivity applications)—work smarter, not harder.
