Last updated April 2023
This policy explains how TherapyGo processes your personal data — what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Purpose of processing your data
We process several categories of personal data — identity and contact details, payment information, and health information you share in the course of care.
This data is used to create and manage your account, arrange and deliver appointments, secure the service, and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases include the performance of our contract with you, your explicit consent, and our legitimate interests.
How we collect it
Your personal data is obtained and processed automatically through the TherapyGo application as you use it.
Sharing and transfers
We may share your data with suppliers and business partners who help us run the service, and with authorised public institutions where the law requires it.
Transfers of your data abroad are limited to the identity, contact, payment, and audio-visual information needed to deliver the service, and take place only with your explicit consent.
How we keep it safe
Administrative measures include staff training and confidentiality agreements.
Technical measures include encryption, an authorisation matrix, application and network security, data masking, and firewalls, in line with the ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold and how it is processed, request that it be corrected or deleted, and lodge a complaint.
Requests should be made in writing, and we will respond within 30 days.
Updates to this policy
TherapyGo may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the service or the law. The current version is always the one published here.
