User Agreement

These terms establish the conditions for online counselling services arranged between clients and consultants through TherapyGo, operated by THERAPYGO TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

TherapyGo acts as an intermediary and is not a party to what happens outside the app. Responsibility arises when the parties accept these terms of use.

Client — a member who signs up to receive paid services. Consultant — a credentialed professional who provides those services. User — clients and consultants together. Application — the TherapyGo mobile software you download and use.

The service purchased through the application is an online counselling service and does not replace face-to-face counselling.

You agree to provide accurate membership information, and to discontinue services only through the app's official channels or directly with your consultant.

Consultants submit the official documents that evidence their expertise (diploma, certificates) and are responsible for the quality and security of their service.

Consultants cannot make a medical diagnosis or prescribe medication, and must report clients who show serious psychiatric conditions requiring medication or any indication of suicidal risk.

TherapyGo is not responsible for damages arising from the online counselling service itself.

Recording sessions is prohibited under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Log records are kept on the application for two years from the date of processing, and data may not be reused for personal or commercial purposes.

To become a client you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

The service is not suitable for anyone with a psychiatric problem requiring psychotherapy under medical supervision, suicidal tendencies, or a severe mental disorder requiring drug therapy. Misleading information may lead a consultant to interrupt the session without refunding the fee.

These terms remain in force for as long as you subscribe to and continue using TherapyGo's online brokerage service.

TherapyGo may terminate these terms unilaterally and without notice. Consultants may not delete their account before completing sessions that are already scheduled.

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.
